    Donations Refund Policy: Donations to the WHCF are non-refundable. Under certain circumstances, the WHCF may refund a donation upon legal review only if the following apply: 1) The donation has  not already been transferred for use towards public good. 2) The refund of the donation would not impact the financial health of the organization negatively. 

    Force Majeure: Refunds for Humanitarian Trips will not be given due to failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any obligation when such failure or delay is caused by or results from causes beyond the reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, floods, embargoes, war, acts of war, insurrections, riots, strikes, health crisis, lockouts or other labor disturbances, or acts of God. If such circumstances occur, trips may be delayed or cancelled, and in some instances, the trip destination may be changed on a case per case basis.
